📍Development Update: Frankfort’s Dunkin’ To Move to Neighboring Parcel with 3 Additional New Tenants To Be Decided

The parcel construction on US Route 45 will include a 4-unit retail center with ample parking. Dunkin' Donuts will be moving to one of the new units as the anchor space and the additional 3 spaces are available for lease to other tenants. It is anticipated that the current Dunkin' space will be rented to a new tenant. Regarding traffic, the Village does not oversee Route 45 - IDOT controls. There are no plans for a traffic light or a round-about; however, the site was approved for a right turn lane out of the parcel (heading north on Rte 45) and a left turn lane into the parcel (heading south on Rte 45 to turn left into the new Dunkin').

Additionally, the current construction on Route 45 is directly related to the bridge and is expected to be completed by early/mid September.

Say hello to Louie, an adorable almost 4-month-old Yorkie puppy with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! This tiny guy is great with other dogs and absolutely adores kids. Louie is all about snuggles, kisses, and being close to his people—he’s a total cuddlebug who’s ready to steal your heart! Currently in a foster home, he is doing amazing with potty training!
